For making a fish you need to have certain thinks that is ingredients with you such as 1 medium sized fish properly washed, 3 medium sized red onions uncut or shopped as per needed, 2 small pieces of dry red chili, 1 teaspoon red chili powder if required, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, Salt as per taste and Oil for deep frying your fish. After you collect all the ingredients now time to cook them all.

For preparing fish just follow the steps as:

Firstly you have to wash your wish properly and remove the bones from it by cutting it into the desirable size that you want. Cut onions into small fine pieces or you may grind it with red chili powder to make a fine curry.

Now you need to add the red chili powder, turmeric powder and salt to the gravy that you have prepared.

Add the small cutter pieces of fish to the gravy that you have prepared and let it cook for 1 hour. Do not forget to stir it in between so that it won't get over cooked. After you cooked the fishes well start heating your oil for frying them. When oil gets heated deep fry the fishes in gravy and serves them hot with rice.
