Upcoming English movie Runner Runner reveals a plot as when a poor college student who cracks an online poker game goes ruined; he organizes a face-to-face with the man he believes cheated him, a wily offshore capitalist. The story based on Richie, a Princeton college student who gives for school with on-line gambling, bottoms out and travels to Costa Rica to tackle the on-line mastermind, Ivan, whom he considers has deceived him. Ivan notices a kindred strength in Richie and brings the younger man into his procedure. When the stakes get extremely high and unsafe, and Richie comes to fully recognize the artfulness of his new boss, he tries to revolve the tables on him.
