Tata group is the only Indian entity which has managed to find and secure a place in the list of ten best companies for leadership in Asia, according to the study of management consultancy giant hay group. The Tata group is at the fifth position among the ten best companies for leadership throughout Asia. The study has revealed that the innovation was the prime factor that made Tata group to reach so high. Moreover, the group’s Nano project has been mentioned and considered as a notable breakthrough in the study. Other companies in the top 10 list of companies in Asia are Nestle, IBM corp, Sony corp, procter & gamble, Coca-cola and petronas. Apart from the Nano group achievement, the groups another noteworthy innovation mentioned in the report is the Tata chemicals, the maker of the tat salt. According to the Hay group, the best companies for leadership create workplace environments and processes that enable innovation to make its place. India’s many companies have secured a leading position in the top ten lists.
