To be released on 2nd August 2019, it is an American action adventure film directed by David Leitch, and a spin-off ‘The Fast and the Furious’ franchise. The lead roles in this film have been played by Dwayne Johnson [as Lawman Luke Hobbs, a loyal agent of America’s Diplomatic Security Service] and Jason Statham [as Lawless outcast Deckard Shaw, a former British military elite operative], both of whom have previously appeared in the films of this franchise. In this film, Hobbs & Shaw, two sworn enemies, form an unlikely alliance when a cyber-genetically enhanced anarchist Brixton [played by Idris Elba] gains control of an insidious bio-threat which could alter and destroy humanity forever.
